You can purchase the candles and stones in bulk at a restaurant supply warehouse where they will cost you much less. Hire a couple of busboys or waiters at the location to come early and set up the arrangements, they will know their way around setting a lovely table. If you have relatives with great taste, recruit a couple of them to do the job! They will likely be flattered and excited to be included in your big day!
