One stylish spin to the Cocktails and Hors devours concept was recently enjoyed by our friends at The Wedding Colony. The couple designed their reception with a Japanese twist and it was so much fun! They featured a variety of sashimi selections, colorful sushi rolls and hot and cold Saki. The delicious appetizers were all served on beautiful jade, leaf shaped platters. (By the way the color of the wedding was… You guessed right! Jade-green!) Because dining at this reception was more relaxed and yet so chic and sophisticated, the guests did not miss the typical and very expensive open bar! They very clearly enjoyed the Saki, wine, beer and signature Tokyotini! No one would have guessed for a minute that the bride saved on her budget! A little thought and creative planning can make any event beautiful, even without a five-course menu!
