Must I walk down the aisle to traditional music?
This decision is truly up to you, but it’s one you’ll want to consider early on in the planning process… especially if you are inclined to sway from tradition. The reason is that many ceremony locations, churches, temples, shrines and chapels do have limits as to what music you can play. If the music you get married to is more important than where you get married, you’ll want to know what you’re looking for in advance.
If your ceremony location has no restrictions as to the music you can play, then you’ll have more time to contemplate your choice. Remember that your wedding is about you, your family, your loved ones and your fiancé. There is no must. Think about what feels sentimental and important to you. Whatever music you choose for your wedding should be a representation of you.
