How long is too long for a veil?
This is one area that is a bit tricky. A veil to most brides is considered to be a very dramatic part of their wedding ensemble, and there is no hard and fast rule as to how long it should be.

The best suggestion is to keep your dress in mind when choosing your veil and also to keep the location in mind. How long is the aisle that you are walking down? You don’t want your veil to be longer than your aisle. And where is your aisle? You want to be practical about whether your veil suits your locale. Keep in mind that you want to be able to walk normally without worrying if that long, long veil is going to be sweeping the grass behind you as you make it to your groom at the other end!

You should feel comfortable to wear the veil you have always dreamed of. Consider your “big picture”, you, your dress, your party… these details all combine to portray you - the bride - on your day. You wouldn’t want to overdo it and take away from that perfect picture. By choosing the perfect veil your guests can truly focus on you on the most beautiful day of your life!
