My Calendar :
The Wedding Colony wants to help you organize your Wedding Planning schedule with "My Calendar"! This feature enables you to set your schedule and remind yourself of
tasks and appointments as they arise throughout the coming weeks and months!
My Provider Page :
This page is your "Virtual Office". From this page you are able to Monitor Your Progress, Manage Bids and Proposals, Manage Your Profile and Your Account! You can even check
Your Messages! You may find that many of the "clickable" functions are repetitive on "My Provider Page" and your left navigation bar, we have designed the site this
way so as to make growing your business with The Wedding Colony as easy as possible! On this page, we'll describe all the functions we've created for you to make the most
of your membership with The Wedding Colony! At any point from the following pages, should you want to return to the previous page, simply click the "BACK" button at the
bottom of the page, and you will return to your previous page.
Search & Bid :
From this page, you can search The Wedding Colony Database for posted projects both in your immediate area and throughout the country! You can even view all of the
projects posted on The Wedding Colony! Once you click on the "SEARCH" button you will see all of the projects that are posted. If you would like to see more specific
details of any project or even bid on any project, simply click on the word "DETAILS".*Please note, you are only able to bid on categories you are registered for.
Once you click on "DETAILS" you will then see the specifics of that project. At this point you have the opportunity to type a proposal, quote the amount for your
proposal and upload pictures of your best work to win this project! If you are undecided about bidding for any particular project, you can add that project to
“My Watch List”, and go back to view that project later!
Search Projects :

My Watch List :
Click on “My Watch List” to view the projects you have placed here! You can bid on these projects too! Just click on "DETAILS" and proceed from there!
My Bid Tracker :
Click on “My Bid Tracker” to monitor the bids you have already placed! You can review the details of each project by clicking on each project name,
where you will be brought to the project description page, where you can “View Bids Placed” by competitors, view the bid you placed from “View My bid”
tab, “Email A Colleague” and send a message to the bride from the “Ask The Bride” tab.
My Ratings :
This page allows you to see the reviews that clients have posted bases on their personal experience with you! The Wedding Colony believes that the
quality of work and reputation are of the utmost importance and we expect that our providers share that belief! All providers have an opportunity to
respond to each review, to either highlight a job well done or clarify any miscommunication.
My Progress :
This page tracks the financial progress you have made with The Wedding Colony so far! You can also go back and review the work you have done with each
individual client! By clicking on "DETAILS" you can review the project and the bid you placed to win that project!
Create My Profile :
As a Provider you have a “Profile” that describes to our clients what kind of services you provide. Click on "Create My Profile", and complete
your company legend and if you choose to do so you can add an anecdote that is close to your heart. This will be viewed by brides who may be inspired by your
profile and invite you to bid on their projects. A great Profile will grow your business with The Wedding Colony!
Edit My Profile :
As a Provider you have a “Profile” that describes to our clients what kind of services you provide. By clicking on "Edit My Profile", you can
make changes to the profile that you have created to update and enhance your Wedding Colony identity as your business grows.
Create My Portfolio :
By clicking "Create My Portfolio", you can upload pictures of your best work for your future clients to see.
Edit My Portfolio :
As a Provider you have a “Portfolio” that displays the fabulous pictures of the work you have accomplished in the past. By clicking "Edit My Portfolio",
you can make changes to the pictures you have uploaded to update and enhance your Wedding Colony identity as your business grows.
Modify My Account :
When Providers register with The Wedding Colony, they must enter accurate, up to date information to participate on the site. Should information such as
contact name, billing address, phone number ever change, Wedding Colony Providers should click on "Modify My Account" and bring that information up to date.
Change My Password :
If at any time a Provider feels that the password has been compromised, that Provider can simply log in and click on "Change My Password" to establish a new
password for the account.
My Messages :
The Wedding Colony has created an intra-site message system to allow for Providers and potential clients to communicate with each other to ensure that everyone
is clear on the details of a posted project or a potential bid. To check your messages, simply click on “My Messages" and you can read and respond to any communications
sent your way! To send a message to a potential client, you can click on the "Ask the Bride" tab from the "DETAILS" button of any given project. This will automatically
set up a message to be sent from you to that particular client.
